In this course we shall provide the basic overview of the peoples and cultures ofd middle-earth. From the High-Elves of Rivendell to the Humans of the renewed Kingdom of Gondor.
This course on LFAM explains the significance, processes,
and impact of local fiscal administration not just in delivering public
services but also in driving local economic development. It aims to develop the
scholars’ skills in financial stewardship as local government leaders through
an understanding of processes involved in local finance and budgeting
especially in the context of full devolution, considering the implementation of
the Supreme Court ruling on the Mandanas petition.

This training will capacitate LGU staff in maximizing the potential of GIS—specifically, geoprocessing tools and techniques in forecast-based preparedness planning for flood and landslide hazard events. This will provide support to local decision-makers in making timely and appropriate assessments and actions with the use of generated landslide and flood hazard susceptibility maps. This training will involve a combination of lectures, practical demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and individual preparation and reporting of outputs.
