The certificate course investigates the psychological, sociological, and cultural dimensions of development and security. Operating on the National Security Framework of the country, it engages the three major fields as enabling and disenabling contexts for development, while at the same time conversing with recent global and local research. Aimed at developing a security policy that is sensitive to the endemic psychological, sociological, and cultural aspects of development, the certificate course introduces the participants to the plurality of perspectives brought about by ethno-linguistic, religious, educational-technological, and political differences.
