The Project Team will facilitate a workshop focused on developing and organizing the documented
information required under ISO 21001:2025 EOMS and aligned to the DAP IMS. This
activity aims to establish a standardized, auditable, and accessible set of
documents that supports learner-centered education, effective curriculum
delivery, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement.
During the workshop, participants will work on defining and drafting/engaging all necessary
policies, manuals, procedures, records, plans, templates, and monitoring tools,
based on the ISO 211001:2025 requirements. Policies will include the EOMS
policy, learner support policy, and assessment and evaluation policy,
establishing the DAP’s commitment to learner-centered outcomes and inclusivity.
Procedures to be established include operational control, such as for recruitment and selection,
admission, protection, and transparency of learners’ data, and
handling of complaints and appeals.
The documented information will reflect the integration of education management with quality
environmental and occupational health and safety systems, as applicable.
The workshop
will employ participatory methods, including interactive sessions, collaborative
drafting, and technical guidance from the Project Team, ensuring that all
documented information is practical, standardized, and aligned with
organizational practices.
