AI 101 introduces public sector
learners to the fundamentals of AI and its practical applications in
government work. The course provides a clear, non-technical
understanding of how AI works, how it can support everyday tasks such
as drafting and summarizing, and how to use it responsibly. Participants
will also learn prompt writing, critical evaluation of AI outputs, and key
ethical considerations such as bias, data privacy, and accountability.
Designed for scalable learning through the Linang platform, this
course builds baseline AI literacy to support responsible and effective
AI adoption across the public sector.
